What devices do you support?
Flixy is compatible with practically any smart device! This includes Samsung/LG Smart TVs, Amazon Firestick, Android TV boxes, Apple TV, iOS & Android smartphones, Windows/Mac computers, and MAG boxes.
Which apps should I use to stream?
We highly recommend IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate (for Android/Firestick), GSE Smart IPTV, or IBO Player. Upon purchasing, our automated system will guide you through setting up on your specific app.
How fast is delivery after I pay?
Delivery is instant and fully automated. Once your payment clears, you will immediately receive an email containing your M3U link, Xtream Codes API (Username, Password, Portal URL), and easy setup instructions.

Troubleshooting & Streaming

Why is my stream buffering?
Buffering is usually caused by unstable internet or ISP throttling. Ensure you have at least 25 Mbps download speed. We highly recommend connecting your TV/Box directly to your router via an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi. Restarting your router and device also resolves 90% of issues.
Do I need a VPN to use Flixy?
A VPN is not strictly required on our end, but we highly recommend using one if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is known to block or throttle IPTV traffic (especially during live sporting events).
My channels are not loading. What should I do?
First, refresh/update your playlist within your app. If using Smarters, click 'Update Playlist'. If that fails, check if your subscription has expired. Still stuck? Contact support, and we'll refresh your line from our server.

Billing & Accounts

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices at once?
Our standard subscription allows for 1 concurrent connection. You can install your playlist on multiple devices, but you can only watch on one device at a time. Watching on two devices simultaneously will auto-ban the line temporarily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and select Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT) for fully anonymous payments.
